After School Athlete was designed to help school aged athletes develop the confidence and capability to succeed in their sport, and in the gym. They'll receive a custom program designed to address their specific needs, and receive oversight and guidance from our team of coaches to ensure that they get what they need from their training. Sessions run Monday - Friday 3PM/4PM/5PM and Saturday 9AM/10AM/11AM. 2X = 2 Sessions/Week (8/Month)
